DESCRIPTION:Tantric Kashmiri Massage\nThe workshop includes:\n\n\nLearning Shibari binding techniques\n\n\nIntroduction to Tandava (traditional tantric solo dance meditation)\n\n\nTantric Kashmiri massage\n\n\nEmotional and physical safety\n\n\nSmall sessions with each other, including role reversal\n \n\n\nImmerse yourself in the world of embodied presence and sensual awareness through the practice of Tantric Kashmiri massage and Shibari. \nThis workshop offers a journey into connection, aliveness, and deep relaxation through conscious touch and movement.\n\nWe begin with Shibari, the Japanese art of bondage. We learn the fundamental knots to support the massage. \n \nWe learn with Tandava, a traditional tantric solo dance practice. This helps us to connect to a meditative space and our own verticality. We open ourselves up as channels for the divine.\nIt’s not anymore about doing, but being.
