DESCRIPTION:– meet yourself through your core voice.\n14th September | 6:30-10pm | English & German\nwith Aylin Doğan\n \nWelcome, humans!\nThis workshop is a very personal, woven technique and activation to reconnect the bridge to our core voice.\nI gathered myself in the caves of Gozo and came out on the other side with my voice as my saviour.\nWho is this workshop for?\n \n* For anyone who has trouble speaking their truth\n* For those who would like to feel more confident in their voice\n* For humans who would like to share their voice through music\n* For those who forgot themselves somewhere within the chambers of shame\n \nWe all carry a deeper, more authentic voice within us.\nAnd this is where our true power lies — in being able to move through life in alignment with our words, our emotions and our inner truth.\nThroughout life, we receive many “shut up’s.”\nWe learn to soften, silence and shrink ourselves in order to belong and to be accepted.\n \nAnd yet, there is an innate wisdom within the body that remembers.\n \nIt remembers how to express from truth.\n \nOur voice is our most vulnerable, yet most powerful, instrument. It carries our stories, our experiences, our emotions – and something beyond them.\n \nIt is our blueprint in sound.\nIn this workshop, you will be guided through a journey of meeting your blockages within the somatic body, while being witnessed in your raw expression.\nWe will explore that sweet spot where the voice no longer needs to be understood, approved of or made beautiful.\n \nIt simply gets to release what has been held inside.\nSound is what we are made of.\nIt is our nature.\nAnd who are we to judge nature?\nCome and meet yourself through the portals of your voice and receive the wisdom that has been waiting within you.\nI look forward to witnessing you.\n\nCosts: Sliding Scale 77-127.-\nAylin Doğan is coming from Kurdish heritage and is a certified voice therapist by the association of Harmonic Sounds and a Bodyworker by heart. Through 5 years of deep self-discovery, she found different tools and techniques for deep healing, on somatic and mental levels.
