Together, we will explore what happens when you slow down, turn inward, and truly listen to yourself.

Fire Woman is an intimate evening to reconnect with your own body, your desires, and the fire that lives inside you. Through guided movement, breath, embodiment, and sensual exploration, we will create space to feel more deeply, become more aware of what you want, and reconnect with your own inner force.

The evening is about letting go of having to be a certain way, perform, or show up in ways that do not feel true to you. Instead, we will explore ourselves and our boundaries with curiosity and presence, within a safe, held, and female-only container.
